Ingredients:
1 Sashimi grade Albacore Tuna Loin
½ cup Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 bunch Green Onions – chopped
3 Tbsp Orange Rind
1 Tbsp fresh Ginger – minced
2 Tbsp fresh Garlic – minced
2 Tbsp Lime Juice
1-2 Tbsp Sriracha Sauce – to taste (optional)
Dash of Sesame Seeds
Directions:
Mix together all of the ingredients except for the Tuna Loin.
Partially thaw Tuna Loin (leave frozen in the center).
Cut into 1 ½ inch thick medallions
Marinate Tuna in the sauce for about one hour in a freezer bag in your fridge.
Bring BBQ to a medium/high heat.
Sear tuna lightly on the outside or to about ½ inch into the tuna, turn over and repeat on the other side (leaving tuna raw in the middle)
